Andrea Harth
Andrea began her career with TEC in 2003 as a co-op and then joined the team full-time 13 years ago as a Traffic Engineer, progressing with increasing responsibility to her most recent position as Project Manager. Andrea’s professional background includes expertise in traffic engineering design, maintenance, operation and construction. In addition, Andrea’s experience includes intelligent transportation system design, traffic engineering studies and grant applications.
A proud Bearcat, Andrea earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. She is registered as a Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio and Kentucky, in addition to a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer Certification.
Sara Senger
Sara’s professional background includes expertise in traffic engineering design, traffic studies, and traffic signal timing. Starting at TEC in 2003, Sara has worked for 14 years in our Dayton office. Her extensive experience includes a wide variety, including retiming studies, safety studies, traffic impact studies, traffic signal system design, and intelligent transportation system design. Sara also currently serves as a Director for ITS Midwest in Ohio.
As a graduate of the University of Dayton, Sara earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. She is registered as a Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio, in addition to a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer Certification.
