Western Hills Viaduct Origin-Destination Study

TEC was retained by Hamilton County Engineer’s Office to perform an origin-destination study at the Western Hills Viaduct. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of vehicles that utilize the Viaduct with an origin/destination within the City of Cincinnati corporation limits vs. the percentage of vehicles within the Hamilton County corporation limits. TEC deployed Bluetooth devices at several locations in the study area and presented the results in a final report.
