West Road Safety Study

As a subconsultant to JMA Consultants, TEC completed a safety study on West Road for the City of Harrison. The study was completed due to a fatal crash that occurred within the study area in 2018. Recommended countermeasures include street lighting and sidewalk additions. TEC also provided HSP grant assistance.
