Salem & Catalpa Gateway Lighting

In association with Northwest Consultants, Inc. (NCI), TEC prepared period lighting plans for a new section of the Salem and Catalpa Gateway expansion in Dayton, Ohio. TEC coordinated the client to obtain any background information that was pertinent to the design such as equipment requirements, utility concerns and known problem areas. In addition, we completed a photometric analysis to determine the anticipated lighting level. The period lighting design consisted of final plan preparation with details and specifications for the proposed electrical equipment, conduits, wiring, control apparatus, and location of all equipment.
