Houston-Donaldson Business District Transportation Study

TEC performed a transportation study of the Houston-Donaldson Business District and prepared several scenarios to improve the flow of pedestrian, vehicular and transit traffic along the corridor. All recommended options aimed to alleviate traffic and enhance safety. Recommendations included connector roadway, future roadway network and land use alternatives, and roadway extensions. The comprehensive report also included suggested improvements for access management, pedestrian accessibility, MUTCD (Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices) traffic control compliance upgrades, roadway widening, and interstate connections.
