Greater Cincinnati Convention Center Expansion Study
TEC completed a traffic study for the proposed expansion to the Duke Energy Center (Greater Cincinnati Convention Center) and possible closure of Elm Street between 5th and 6th Street. We completed an Origin and Destination Study which involved placing Bluetooth devices to track the routes of vehicles throughout the existing network. TEC served as a subconsultant to LMN Architects.
