Summit County Ball Bank / Speed Zone Study
TEC completed a speed zone study along Waterloo Road. In addition, TEC completed a Ball Bank study for approx. 90 curves within Summit County. TEC recommended an advisory speed for each curve. TEC was asked to evaluate Waterloo Road (US 224) for speed limits. To verify the statutory speed along the roadway, a speed study was conducted for the entire 3-mile length. The project also included a ball-bank study at each of 90 curves at various locations within the County. Advisory speeds were then recommended for each curve.
