Harrison Avenue Corridor Study

In 2016, TEC conducted a Corridor Study of Harrison Avenue to provide recommendations for transportation improvements based upon a determined growth pattern for the area. The study reviewed existing and proposed land uses for the identification of development opportunities. Our team conducted an existing conditions assessment, a future land use review, traffic generation and distribution, and data analysis. The study yielded recommendations to implement throughout the corridor, such as: access management improvements, intersection improvements (turn lane additions, signal modifications), Land Use Plan updates, and sidewalk upgrades.
