Springdale Closed-Loop Signal System Operations

Since 1997, TEC has provided real-time operations services for more than 30 traffic signals and four closed-loop traffic signal systems in the City of Springdale, Ohio. A control center located within TEC allows traffic engineers to monitor traffic during peak hours and adjust a signal timing plan remotely as needed to reduce traffic congestion and improve level of service.
